The training takes place into the working frame, in seminars and conferences, or is succeeded through ECVC method as well as certificated seminars.
We analyze the activities during the shifts through evaluating the needs the observation, by communicating with the managers and the employees as well by asking our residents and their relatives.
We describe in full details the tasks during the shifts, we evaluate the result and reprogram the shifts’ needs.
We empower our employees with frequent personnel groups, constant supervision of quality of the services that are provided, discussion of job problems, assurance of working rights, help in the distinction between private and professional life as well as with support and understanding in family difficulties.
We take care of our personnel’s discharge with detailed information and communication between the shifts, constant supervision and support from our mentors and manages, group gathering, motives, events and celebrations, team activities and games.
